• Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the enrolled course materials.
• Course access is granted to the registered individual only and is non-transferable.
• You may not share your login credentials, course materials, or content with any third party.
• Merlin IT Academy reserves the right to revoke access for any breach of these terms without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, notes, PDFs, quizzes, and interview materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Merlin IT Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Merlin IT Academy reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully within all Merlin IT Academy platforms. Any form of harassment, plagiarism, or misuse of platform resources will result in immediate access termination.

6. Disclaimer

Merlin IT Academy provides educational content and career services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Refund Policy

At Merlin IT Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality ITSM education. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are considered only in the following situation:

• You have made a successful payment but are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our platform.

Access issues must be reported promptly. We will first attempt to resolve the access issue. If resolution is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered.

Refund Conditions

• The refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the payment date.
• The student must not have accessed or started any course content.
• All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Merlin IT Admin Team.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refund Scenarios

• Course access has been granted and the student has started any lesson, quiz, or assessment.
• Change of mind after purchasing.
• Inability to complete the course due to personal circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction with course content after access has been granted.
• Technical issues on the student's own device or internet connection.
